Looks Like Margaret O'Brien grown up
ReplyDeleteHi Gilby - you're right, of course, it's Margaret O'Brien as a grown woman - great work as usual! The "name game" seems to be just about out of gas...but I'll post one more pic today and see what happens...
ReplyDeleteRe the Baby Doll: her eyes remind ne of Myrna Loy...
ReplyDeleteGood guess, Avalon, but it's not Myrna...she's a younger generation,a different type - but also a top star...
ReplyDeleteI'm not very good at this, Eve, but is it Marilyn Monroe?
ReplyDeleteIs it Farrah Fawcett?
ReplyDeleteSorry Gilby, it's not Farrah - but yes, Becky, it is Marilyn (and you are clearly better at this than you thought you were!)...great guesses by all and thanks to Gilby, Avalon and Becky for playing this week...next week I'll be back with more pix of the stars before and after they were famous...
ReplyDeleteHow about that, Eve? I got it after all. Do you know what clued me the best? Her nose. If you've ever seen pictures of teenage Marilyn, you can see that she eventually had a nose job when she got into movies, because when she was young it was much broader.
ReplyDeleteBecky, I read somewhere that MM had a little cosmetic work early on...I have to give credit to whoever did her nose, tho, he did a nice job and it works beautifully with the rest of her features...Congratulations again on your win...
ReplyDeleteI was thoroughly impressed with both correct answers today. Never would have gotten either!
