ReplyDeleteCW, thanks for getting this month's game off to a good start! I like Tony Randall, but not as Hercule (the film's comedic tone is the problem, though). Helen Hayes was a pretty good Miss Marple.

Delete13. Writer Lorenzo Semple, Jr. scripted several episodes of the "Batman" series (plus the feature film) and the 1976 "King Kong" remake...which, to some, is no longer the worst version of Kong to hit the big screen.
ReplyDeleteThat's the connection! And I agree with you. By the way, there were a few critics who liked the 1976 KING KONG when it was released. Not one of my faves, but better than Jackson's incredibly disappointing version.
