ReplyDeleteWell done! Thanks for getting this game off to a rousing start.
Delete1. Lancer
ReplyDelete9. International Showtime
15. The Guns Of Will Sonnett
Great job, Jerome!
Delete3. Mission: Impossible
ReplyDelete8. UFO
Kudos on both answers, John!
ReplyDelete20 Me and the Chimp?
ReplyDeleteThat's impressive! Not many people remember ME AND THE CHIMP.
Delete14 Maya
ReplyDelete13 The Rat Patrol
ReplyDeleteAnd that's three in a row!
DeleteQuestions remaining to be answered are: 2, 4, 5, 6, 10-12, and 17-18.
ReplyDelete11. Farmer's Daughter?
ReplyDeleteYes, indeed!
Delete17. Sing Along with Mitch?
ReplyDeleteThat's impressive, Hal!
Delete10. Mr. Peabody? From Rocky and Bullwinkle?
ReplyDeleteNo, there's a better answer.
Delete5. Name of the Game. Overthought it on that first guess. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd you are correct!
DeleteStill remaining: 4, 6 (pretty obscure show), 10, 12, and 18.
ReplyDelete4. Longstreet
ReplyDeleteYou are correct, my friend!
Delete10. The Jetsons?
ReplyDeleteNO, but it was a prime-time animated show.
Delete6. Is it Cliffhangers, the short-lived NBC series? I know one of the self-contained shows in the series featured Dracula, portrayed by Michael Nouri.
ReplyDeleteTerrific jobs! The three shows were "Stop Susan Williams" (TV journalist), "The Secret Empire" (U.S. Marshal), and "The Curse of Dracula."
DeleteLast ones remaining: 10, 12, and 18.
ReplyDelete10. "Jonny Quest" (or, for sticklers, "The Adventures of Jonny Quest").
ReplyDelete12. How about "Gibbsville," a short-lived mid-'70s drama starring Gig Young and John Savage?
I don't see an answer listed for 2., so at the risk of being redundant I'll suggest "Kentucky Jones," a 1963 NBC comedy/drama with a post-Gunsmoke Dennis Weaver. I recall watching it right after "The Famous Adventures of Mr. Magoo."
Very good, Al! You’re right on Jonny Quest and Gibbsville. Thanks for catching that No. 2 wasn’t answered...and for getting it right as well.
DeleteLast question is No. 18!
ReplyDeleteShared to our "Classic TV Lovers' Haven" group on Facebook. A fun quiz!
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed it and thanks for sharing!
DeleteOk, I wasn't sure about this one, but is #18, the Henry Fonda and Ron Howard series, The Smith Family? It sort of fits the description...
ReplyDeleteYes, it is! That was the hardest one on the list, so congrats for getting it.
DeleteThe system functions inside a comparable way in between these 2 brands only that it is named in different ways.
